this is my 1967 tempest, lot of info here- ive owned it 10 yrs,its been in my garage for 7 yrs,spent 2 yrs at baron institute in hartford,as a class project,the body is excellent,car came from texas,had almost no rust,but the tiny bit they found,was cut and replaced with stee, ,,,body double sandblasted,multistage dodge PV6 paint .....the engine-400 CID- pro rebuilt- and balanced,matching cam lifters rockets pushrods etc,from edelbrock,for dual quad intake,edelbrock p6, egs racing clutch,borg warner super t10 4 speed,12 bolt detroit locker posi,lowered 2" all around on eibach springs,complete front end,every bushing,perforamnce engineering,oversize sway bar,btie roods,drag links,etc,,,90/10 racing shocks,ball joint extenders,this is to allow front end to lift during hookup and provide weight transfer,drag bags in rear, loors vgood,trunk had surface rust last time i emptied it,full of parts for car,new windshield,new window fuzzies,new locks......the interior,needs completion,year one door panels,seats in vgood shape front,need bolting dow, ear seat top as ri, arge leather PONTIAC covers it well and looks coo, new headliner needs finishing,dash,,,i slid dash back in,its just light bulbs,not a complex connect,but i have a second bezel,new wood,and a full custom gauge kit new in box,up to new owner which to use
- 7/14, :41pall that being said,,it needs completion,i medically cant do it anymore,all of the big money has already been spent,i have ALOT of spare parts to go with her,its an AC car,but ac was gutted,i started accumulating AC parts,factory dash ductwork is in place,the car does need finishing....as follows
- 7/14, :47pmengine,i have new headers in box-headman,to replace poor fitting jegs on motor no, otor needs to be wired,harness is there,cooling system needs to be setup,i have new water pmp..............clutch linkage will need to be setup after headers are change, urst shift is not in car,i hadnt decided if i wanted a console or not,,,,brakes need full go thru-new line kit in trun, ouble master cylinder already installed-top of engine,carbs etc,need gaskets and stuff,dual quad linkage in place,headlights need hooking u, ,,,,,interior,headliner finish,dash install your choice,,bolt in seats,,door panel, ,,,
- 7/14, :49pmthe car is a TEMPEST custom,it has no badges anywhere,welded all holes shut, t can be cloned,or left as is,,,,ghost flame, ,,,centerlines,,,lakewood traction action ladder bars,,its a street warrior,it was meant to turn heads at cruises,and get as much height as possible during launch.....there is no exhuast sytems inluded
