Description of 1969 Pontiac Firebird

1969 PONTIAC FIREBIRD MUNCIE M22 ROCK CRUSHER WIDE RATIO PRO TOURING POSIThis is a 1969 Firebird that I have been working diligently on for the last year, nd I just got it running, nd did the engine break-in procedure, nd it runs awesome. Car has very little rust, nd was stored in a barn since 2005. I built it as a Pro Touring look car, ith simplicity in mind, ut with power to have fun with it. My thought was a satin paint job, ut hadn't gotten to that yet. Clean Oregon title in hand. Unfortunately I have had something come up that requires that I sell the project. So bummed, ut I'm hopeful that this will go to a good home where someone can either finish it, r enjoy it as it sits. This car started life as a 350 Firebird with automatic transmission, .56 open rear differential, ront disc brakes, eluxe interior, lue interior and exterior. When I got it, t had a 400 engine with a cracked block and a TH400 transmission, nd still had the open 2.56 rear diff. I swapped the motor out for a rebuilt 406 small block, nd swapped in the Muncie transmission, nd rebuilt and regeared the rear differential with Yukon 3.36 gears, nd Yukon Posi unit.I have all of the receipts for all of the work that I have done, nd literally everything related to the powertrain is brand new or rebuilt. Below I have broken down each of the areas of the car, nd identified all that has been done. As you will read, have done a TON during this last year, nd its in an awesome place for me to pass the baton and let someone have a lot of fun finishing it.Feel free to call or text me if you have any questions, t 503-819-1503Engine:- Small Block 400 bored 30 over (406)- Vortec Cylinder heads, ompletely rebuilt with big valves (2.02 and 1.60 valves), crew in studs, uide plates, oller rockers, ardened pushrods, nd releived the guide boss for the larger lift cam.
