1979 Trans Am 400-4spd Black/Gold Documented and in MINT CONDITION

In Janurary 1979 a GM employee sat at his kitchen table with all the current literature from Pontiac and made a list of everything he wanted on his new Trans Am. The following day he took his wish list to Don Darr Pontiac in St.Louis and he ordered his dream car.

He Kept this Trans Am garaged and covered and took great care of it until he sold it in 1999 to the second owner. The second owner was so happy with this car that he also kept in the garage and covered and was only driven on nice sunny days. Sadly in 2009 the second owner passed away and the car sat in the garage and covered and untouched until we purchased the car last month.

This car is in outstanding condition. The only non original litems are the radiator/thermostat housing/wheels.Of course the battery along with the belts and hoses have also been replaced but rest of the car is all 100% original!!

The interior is MINT! the only flaw is a small spot on the console. Everything works like new! One professional repaint done several years ago and it looks better than new.

The trunk of the car also looks new. The original mat is in excellent condition and looks like the spare tire and jack have never been removed from the car!
