Description of 1972 Pontiac Grand Prix

1972 Pontiac Grand prix model J. 132,000 original miles.One family owned since new.
400 cu.inch with automatic transmission.Sue from Gas Monkey show installed new seat covers, carpet and headliner 6-7 years ago before the car was parked.We put on a new battery and fresh gas and it fired right up. It runs like a sewing machine.Dual exhaust. May need one muffler replaced. One muffler makes a noise when given the gas like it is loose.Tires are excellent.Very complete unmolested car. At least unmolested by human hands.Mother nature has sure done her job with the rust issue.
Does not leak any fluids. This car will start right up and it runs very well.
Now for the obvious rust. as you can see it has some serious rust under and around the vinyl top.There are holes completely thru the metal in some places around the vinyl top.The floors and trunk are very solid.I would not be afraid to drive this car anywhere. It is that reliable.
Look at the pictures closely. This car will need lots of work around the vinyl top area.If you are looking for a very dependable classic car this is it.If the body work under the top scares you please do not bid.
