Up for sale is a 1980 Pontiac Firebird Trans AM 2 Door Sport Coupe manufactured in Norwood OH. This Trans Am is a great gift idea for someone you love or for yourself. Drive it as is or restore it while you drive it. This is the same model year Trans Am that was used in the movie Smokey and The Bandit II.
Exterior is a Flat Black, interior is black with gray cloth seats, 4.9L 8 cylinder engine with an automatic transmission, Honeycomb wheels and T-Tops. It has an Air Conditioning option but is not working.
Inspected until February 2017 with a brand new battery installed. This is one of 8,962 made with a 301 Engine and T-Tops. The car needs some work. It could use a paint job and some interior work. There is a small anti-freeze leak, the break light is on, and it takes a few turns of the key to start might need a fuel pump. As for the body it is in great shape. Newer tires. Car has a lot of pep. All the panels and doors are in excellent shape. Only the drivers side fender has some small rust spot on the bottom and the driver's side door has a repair.
