This gorgeous 1977 TransAm was built the same year the movie Smokey and the Bandit was such a great box office hit. The bandit drove a black 77 TransAm in the wild chase scenes and really showed off what the TransAm could do..Many people think the car was the star of the show ahead of Burt Renolds and Sally Field.A couple years ago on the 25th anniversary the movie these cars really became the top demand cars for Collector and people wanting a great weekend driver to take drives in as well as showing them in local car shows.Some sold at prices at or near a half million dollars.They have continued to grow in popularity and as a result the value and prices have gone higher and higher.Although I am selling this one for a friend I own a 79 TransAm and I can tell you I have never had a car that gets the attention this one does.At the asking price and even above of this one is a excellent buy for someone wanting a great Top Driver Quality classic for their collection.If I didn't already own one I would buy this one in a flash.If you have any questions please call me at 530 613 7626.
