1962 Pontiac Catalina Bubble Top. Highly developed Mickey Thompson experimental aluminum block V-8 with dual 4-barrel carburetors. Engine was built by Pontiac's Department X specifically for Mickey Thompson. Loaded with ultra rare vintage aluminum parts including intake, heads, water pump, bell-housing and differential. 1962 Pontiac Catalina Bubble Top was build and titled as a 1962 Grand Prix. High level frame off restoration by John Novelli and Classic Performance Restorations, St. Charles, MO. Built to show how a 1962 Bubble Top would have looked.
