Description of 1974 Pontiac Grandville

1974 Pontiac Grandville convertible original 82,000 mile car. Equipped with Pontiac 455 engine and automatic transmission.The car runs and drives beautifully like driving on a cloud, the motor runs super smooth with strong acceleration. The car drives straight and true holds the road like a dream.The car looks amazing for a 45 year old car the paint is not perfect it has its share of stone chips and scratches, a few spots have been touched up on the car but that being said the paint shines beautifully and looks great. The interior is very nice and original no rips or tears in the seats. The radio has been replaced as well new carpet has been installed. The interior does show some fading discoloration from the sun as you would expect, but again looks great.The power convertible top is only two years old and opens and closes perfectly.Mechanically the car has just been tuned up (2019) with new spark plugs, wires, cap, rotor, also brand new battery and brand new carburetor installed and the front end alignment, I also had the brakes gone through and a safety inspection performed By local repair shop.The tires are only two years old with approximately 4,000 miles on them.The car is equipped with air conditioning but currently the belt is off and I don't believe it works, also the cruise control is not working either.Overall this is a beautiful survivor that has been mechanically maintained and stored properly over the years.
