Description of 1964 Pontiac GTO

Pontiac Tempest/GTO .I purchased this car a few years ago and lost my mechanic before the car was completed. I had to take it to another guy who had it a very long time and did very little. I am just tired of dealing with all the Bs so I am offering it for sale. This is what I have done. Changed the motor to a 400 with a nice cam, new 700r 4 transmission. New bakes, rotor, spindles, booster etc. New dual exhaust. I replace one pan and the rest are good as well as the trunk. The paint is 2 years old and has one tiny mark above the passenger wheel that be easily fixed. The following are what it still needs. Drivers window is loose in the track, I have brand-new door panels that need to be installed. The brakes will need adjusted. The carb and the timing will need adjusted. They cut the carpet up fixing the pan so that should be replaced. It has a new shifter (which I don't care for). I have brand new shocks and springs which I will have on the car in the next few days. Ask me questions or come and see it. I will add more pics over the next day or so.

Just added a few more pics. As can tell I put a GTO hood on the car and the GTO tail light too.

Just to be clear on this ca, this body style is a one year only and they made 3 models Tempest/ Lemans/ GTO The Tempest was the base model. This was the tempest. The difference was they came with a six cylinder engine usually a 3 speed on the column (That's what this had) also a bench seat. The tempest had body trim a plain hood and different tail lights. All of this has been changed as well as the upgraded brake system to support the stronger engine and transmission, The add went under GTO and should have been under Tempest. Titled as a tempest, but nothing tempest left about it. I just don't want any misunderstanding and I don't think I was clear on this especially when it is listed in the GTO category. It really probably doesn't matter since it wouldn't be a numbers matching car. This is offered way less than the factory GTO.
