Description of 1984 Pontiac Fiero Indy Pace Car

Car sold As-Is. everything works and runs good for a 31 year old vehicle. Amazing Condition. First $6. 00 takes vehicle. Pick up only. This is a 1984 Pontiac Indy Fiero with only 16. 6K miles that is in excellent condition. Completely all original. only thing changed on vehicle was the fittings for the A. C. system and now blows colder than cold. This car was actually driven at the 1984 Indy 500 by a Indy race driver during the parade of vehicles as the drivers were introduced. The plate number on the vehicle for the parade was #72. I have all the original press release information from Pontiac. the original door sticker. and all the press photos that Pontiac used for the pace cars in 1984. The car is in perfect condition for being over 30 years old. I have put a little over 400 miles on it when I bought it in June 2013. For personal reasons. there is a lien on the vehicle. so the winning bidder will receive a bill of sale and the vehicle when they pick it up and I will overnight the title to them once I receive it from the 1st lien holder. This is a manual transmission and from my understanding. they only made about 200 pace cards as a stick shift and you will have a very hard time finding one in this condition for sale. Absolutely beautiful car inside and out with all original. The pictures I have used are the ones from when I bought the vehicle. the only thing that was changed was the Indy Race emblem on the passenger side front fender was missing. so I bought an original and it is on the car now. Never been painted and has very few flaws in the paint. the pictures does show how truly amazing the shape that this car is in. Has the original tires that we put on the vehicle when new and is all ORIGINAL. Absolutely one of the best looking Indy Fiero's you will find for sale. The car is sold as is and pick up only in SW Florida. You will not be disappointed. On Oct-14-14 at 07:08:31 PDT. seller added the following information:Someone just informed me that I had it wrong on the number of Indy Fiero's made with a manual transmission. so I thought I should update my listing. nbsp;there were more produced with a manual transmission than with an automatic transmission. Still a beautiful vehicle in great shape for being over 30 years old. This is a 1984 Pontiac Indy Fiero with only 16. 6K miles that is in excellent condition. On Oct-17-14 at 08:27:53 PDT. seller added the following information:I am not looking for a crazy amount of money for the vehicle. I paid $8200 for it last June 2013 and my reserve is set for $7000. This is a very very nice vehicle for 30 years old and in amazing shape. The paint is all original. has regular paint minor issues for its age and regular minor things like rattles and such. but looks as good in person as the pictures show. Mats. seats and carpet all look brand new. minor wear on the side of the drivers seat where you get in and out. but hardly noticeable. head liner inside is showing minor sagging. but nothing too bad. I drove the car 2 weeks ago around the subdivision and everything runs. works and drives very nice for 30 years old. You will not be disappointed. Hate to get rid of it. but I recently downsized my home from a 3 1/2 car garage home to a 1 car garage condo and I have 3 cars and a golf cart.
