It has been transformed to reproduce the excitement and emotion of the 1973 Carrera RS. The 73 Carrera RS cars are the Holy Grail of Porsche cars to many 911 enthusiasts and collectors alike. They were far ahead of their time and they were ready made race cars that you could drive to work in if you so desired. There were no expenses spared on this recreation. If you are in the market for one of these. do not waste time searching the world over. This one deserves some serious consideration. The entire car is new. This was a full body off. nut and bolt restoration. It started with a rust free 1987 Carerra example. The engine received a full rebuild with upgraded pistons. new clutch rebuild. all new suspension and components. restored to new 15" Fuch wheels. new brakes. all new interior. and the list goes on and on. We have a build sheet on everything completed. When you open and close the door. you will feel the quality in your own hand. Everything is new! It even smells like a new car. The houndstooth interior is classic and fits this model to a T! All components on this car were refinished or replaced as needed. The real Carrera RS cars do NOT come up for sale often. and when they do. you can spend upwards of $700. 00 and/or more. Why not have a car just as fun for a price far less than that. And this one has a new 3. 2L with a G50! What more could you want? Air conditioning? OK. it's got that too. and that's all new as well. Finished in Porsche's famous racing heritage color - Gulf Blue over the fabulous black interior.
