Description of 1984 Porsche 944 Base

Great first car, aily driver, r track car.
Buying a house so the car must go. Porsche and carenthusiastowned. All maintenance up to date.
3rd owner. 1st owner from 0 to 5,000; second from 5,000 to 45,000; traded in on a mini cooper, nd I bought the car and am now selling for the house. This is not a perfect 84 944 Porsche, ut it is a really really good example!
1984 Porsche 944 coupe, uards red with tan interior, speed. The car shows very well and I have maintenance records that go back to 1990. A PPI was just performed in Nov of 2014 with 46,000 miles. Since then I have but about 7,000 miles on the car and additional 4,000 in maintenance and close to 2,000 in rims and tires. New tires with about 6K on them. PROPER offset turbo twist rims....no spacers....$1200 alone....if you can find them.
Everything works on the car, xcept for the left passenger side mirror which I should have fixed this week (loose backing plate, irror motor is good) and a fog light bulb that I have to get around to replacing. No oil leaks or fluid leaks. Good clutch. Ice cold air. Even the cruise and original Blaupunkt am/fm/cassette still works. The Porsche fender badges you see are magnetic and fully removable (available from exoticdetails.com)
Now it is not a 10 point show car. This car shows very well but it is more of a 5 foot car. It has typical scratches, tone chips, mall dents and marks that are typical of a 31 year old car. The front spoiler underneath has two small cracks (which were like that when I bought the car). The dash has the heat cracks on the top, nd the seats have a bolster wear on the drivers seat and a seam split on the passenger seat, nd the steering wheel shows signs of wear. Original paint.
Mechanically the car is good. I drive the car 50 to 100 miles a day, o for that reason I stay up on the maintenance as I don't feel like being left on the side of the road. Perfect oil pressure and I just replaced thethermometer and changed thecoolant this month as the thermostat was original and starting to stick. The only issue that is has is on deceleration from 3,000 to 2000 rpms the car will make a whine. This is more than likely frommotor mountsthat need replaced and the rotation of the drive shaft. This does not however effect thedriveabilityofcar in any way, hape, r form, ther than the sound. The transmission shifts smooth into all gears and the car is a blast to drive! The car has never let me down, tranded, r even had a check engine light. I just drove the car 300 miles this weekend as part of a road trip, o issues.
I note this because I want to represent the car as best as possible. All these are relatively easy fixes. I would not hesitate to drive the car anywhere. Like I said it is my daily driver, ver my Cayenne or Ferrari.
Title and hand and but the car must be picked up by Sunday. Car is for sale locally.
Please contact me with any questions or concerns.
Note, he 360 Ferrari Spider pictured will be going up for sale next month. It is a rare 6 speed manual with 17250 miles. Carbon Interior, hallenge Grills front and back, p-to-date maintenance, hallenge Exhaust, ed Calipers, ptional 3 Part Modular Rims, errari Fender Shields. I will take offers on this car before the auction. Selling to get a Gallardo.
