I got it from Dad over 16 years ago and he had it since 1969. It was Painted in 1975 in Red Ameron a very durable paint and truly still looks like it was painted yesterday. Car has never been wrecked. Pans are excellent as it has always been a California car until last year when I moved to Texas. All rubber is in great shape as well. The car is complete and everything works as it should. Interior is original but looks excellent as well. The leather they used back then is amazing. I had the engine built about 2000 miles ago with all original Porsche parts at a cost of over $12k and by Porsche Specialties in California. Carburetors are the only things not original. The electrical was converted to 12 volt a few years back and all in working order. I have taken it to a few shows and it is very well loved by all. The only things I would do different is re-chrome the headlight rings and hood latch as it shows a little aging but you have to look close. Wheels could use a re-chrome with very light pitting on the wheels but caps are great. Again, if I don't tell you, you wouldn't notice and most people don't. I have sold a couple of other cars here and those buyers where very happy, Bid with confidence. I do not need help selling so don't ask me. You are welcome to contact me and I will answer questions.
