A unique ground up Martini Le Mans Porsche 935 inspired build, 1979 street legal 3.0lt 5speed car. Professional build, bare metal repaint, new engine, wheels and tyres.

Wide steel flatnose/flauchbau front vented wings, wide rear 935 vented racing quarter panels and adjustable 935 racing tail wing. Grand Prix white with all ‘70s Martini racing livery, stripes, sponsor decals and badges, black interior.

The Porsche 935 was introduced in 1976 as the factory racing version of the Porsche 911 turbo prepared for FIA-Group 5 rules, it was an evolution of the Porsche Carrera RSR 2.1 turbo prototype, the second place overall finisher in the 1974 24 Hours of Le Mans. The 935 went on to win the 1979 24 Hours of Le Mans overall, and other major endurance races, including Sebring, Daytona, and the 1000 km Nürburgring. Of the 370 races it was entered, it won 123. Full professional bare metal strip down 2017, repaint in Porsche Grand Prix White and rebuild with meticulous attention to sourcing/applying all the correct famous ‘70s Martini racing car stripes and decals. Black leather interior/seats, electric sunroof and windows, tinted glass, Bluetooth stereo, white racing dials and dashcam power lead. Interior easily stripped for track/race car.

Fabulous new gold BBS ‘70s style racing wheels 9x16 and 12x17, with front 245/45/16 and massive rear 335/35/17 new tyres compliment this beautiful car.

The ‘83 fully rebuilt/new 930/10 engine installed in 2016 has only done 1k miles; chains, bearings, drive shafts, head studs, pistons, oil cooler, oil pipes & pump, filters, fluids, seals, heat exchangers/ducts, exhaust, brakes, fuel system/injectors, coil/leads, CDI/ECU and more, photo documented.

The original LHD 3.0lt Super Carrera Porsche 911 car was first registered in Ratingen Germany early ‘79, it later spent 22 years with one owner in US who undertook the engine rebuild just before it was shipped to the UK for the professional 935 bodywork rebuild and bare metal repaint last year.

Only 93k miles when the new engine went in, body/underneath/interior superb. Original toolkit, jack, spare, Porsche pouch with manual, spare keys and replacement service book with recent history and Porsche Certificate. Drives, sounds and handles beautifully.
