Great 1991 Porsche Carrera 4 Convertible in Miami Beach. I’ve owned since 2004 and I dont drive it enough since I live in Boston. Ive replaced most things on this car - redid the engine about 7000 miles ago, new top, much original paint. What’s wrong with the car? 1) heater blower motor is noisy above ‘1’ setting but works 2) rip in front driver seat, that Ive repaired since this pic 3) gearshift knob, an upgrade that illuminates at night with pattern, rattles a bit 4) AC needs a Freon charge but I never use it 5) New starter motor sounds a bit funny when car starts but is brand new and Ive been told will mellow with time (high pitched noise). 6) center console housing with spoiler switch and hazard light switches has come detached from center tunnel and needs to be affixed to it. Unique to car are Cup II wheels, relatively new tonneau cover, speedo has been repainted professionally so that looks new, Bluetooth AM-FM CD player. |
