Selling a customers car. We have been servicing it here at European Motorsports since 2008. Our customer is the second owner, he purchased it in 1975 and has cared for it ever since. The car has always been garaged. It lived in Yakima, WA. from about 1978-1988. The rest of it's life before and after has been in Southern Calif. The car has no rust. has one of the nicest under carriages (original and unrepaired) I've ever seen on a 1960s Porsche. The interior including the dash and headliner are excellent. The odometer shows 1107 (201107) miles. Went 100k in the first 10 years (1977) then the next 100k took 40 years, have documented history. . The car is mostly original, 2of the wheels have been replaced with factory replacements (1968 date code) and the seats with the early head rest version. It runs and drives great. Engine was rebuilt 31000 miles ago in 1984, the trans in 1983.The engine and transmission numbers are original and in the correct sequence to be a matching numbers car. The car was last painted in the late 1990 but looks like last year. a testimonial to the quality and it always being garaged. The old Becker radio works too. This old 912 is in rare condition.
