The 914's design was one of the most interesting Porsche ever made. It follows the same principal of the 911 that made sure the tall fender line helped you understand where the front edges of the car were, but then it adds is a completely sleek front end with the aid of pop up headlights. Silver seems to be the ideal color for this coupe. It has a great presentation in the sunshine, which is exactly where you're going to be spending plenty of time thanks to the targa top. Plus, the hue coordinates nicely with the darker elements such as the bumpers, roof, and b-pillar. In fact, the upgraded 15-inch Fuchs-style wheels have a cool style as they combine the silver and black on this car.
A later model 914 also means a more comfortable interior that includes an optional center console. This is a nicely presented space with cloth inserts in the bucket seats that you'll find particularly nice on sunny days with the targa top out. This is a true driver's car at its heart with the classic Porsche sports steering wheel, and a stick shift that's perfectly positioned for your right hand. Porsche's race-ready sensibilities means the tachometer is directly in front of the driver. Vehicle was purchased in Salem Oregon and was last owned by Porsche mechanic in California. Car does come with owner's manual and maintenance record showing the last entry was an oil change at 90,460 on February 1, 1984. Actual mileage is could be higher than what is reported on ondometer.
