The car has been in California since new and is 100% rust and dent free. The engine starts right up and runs extremely well. The car has a lot of torque and is super fast!Their are no leaks. smoke. overheating or strange noises. The entire drivetrain is very solid/tight and a lot of fun to drive!The 5 speed manual transmission shift effortlessly through all the gears and the clutch is A+. The brakes. steering and suspension are all in tip top condition. All mechanical. electrical and climate control systems were in proper working order when tested. All gages register correctly and show normal readings. -Power windows and sunroof operate correctly. Cosmetically the car could be more original and attractive. The paint has a brilliant shine and looks amazing! The are a few minor chips and nicks. but nothing to loose sleep over. -The body. chassis and frame are 100% rust free. -All rubber. trim. weather-stripping and moldings are in good/excellent original condition-Beautifully polished stock cookie cutter wheels. look incredible! Nice tires. -Super hygienic engine compartment with no excessive residues or issues of any kindThe interior is also all original and does show normal wear for it's age. The leather is a bit tight on the dash and is starting to peel from the dash. The seats are still comfortable and completely functional however their are various wear marks. splits in the leather and other imperfections mostly on drivers seat. The seats can be recovered in vinyl inexpensively if desired however the original patina of the leather gives the car an honest and charming look. -Nice headliner. carpeting. dash and door panels. -A few louvers from the upper air vent above radio are missing (see pic)This is a fine example of a all original 928 that has been well maintained and never abused since new. The new lucky owner will be pleased with it's overall outstanding mechanical and cosmetic condition. Don't miss out.
