The VIN is from a salvaged 1974 VW vehicle chassis. (Thunder Ranch uses rear forks (With VIN #) that support the transaxle from a VW and incorporates the part into the fiberglass body. This is the only part that Thunder Ranch uses from a doner car.) This car is currentlyregistered in California as a Special Construction vehicle with year 0000. The title does still state it is a salvage vehicle therefore has a pink registration.
