Description of 1991 Saab 900 Turbo

We are selling our wonderful Saab 900 Turbo.
This 1991 model has a black body tan interior. It runs and drives great and has a ton of maintenance records (fuel pump and filter, cap and rotor, ignition wires, suspension, oil and filter, ...and much more...).
This car was originally sold in new hampshire and it spent some years on the east coast, then texas, colorado, and washington state. The previous owner in Seattle was daily driving it for 7 years, including trips to LA where they stayed for 3 years. They moved out east and kept the saab in a heated and humidity controlled garage here for the last few years where I bought it. In the past few months, I have driven the car to and from Portland several times (100mi) and I've been driving it a few times a week with no issues. Oil level hasn't dropped at all, shifts smooth as butter, turbo is strong, no water leaks in heavy rain.
The good: strong well maintained engine, no major rust, stereo works, power locks and windows work, headliner in good shape, very well maintained and loved (most service performed at Momentum jaguar porsche saab in houston, Rod Beckner in OR, donald j koziol in CO.
The bad:Squeaky belt, blinkers don't blink, minor fender rust (no other rust), grille and right headlight not straight, dents and dings on body, windshield cracked, water moisture in headlight, cracked rear of center console, no radio signal, fading paint, worn leather seats, cracked dash top, sunroof doesn't open, vacuum leak causing fluctuating idle but never dies.
I may end this listing at any time due to local offers.

I just added some photos of the undercarriage to the linked photo album. The rust looks to be confined to the small areas over the fenders, no other rust found anywhere:
