This exclusive 50th Anniversary Limited Edition Shelby GT40 is car number 12 of only 20 made. The black and silver number 2 livery represents the 1966 Le Mans winning car livery. Considered by Shelby to be a continuation build, it was ordered in 2016. The certificate of origin states it was completed in March of 2017, but it is documented as a 1966 model year car (see certificate of origin shown with the photos). Designed to receive a Ford 427FE with ZF transaxle. Dry weight 1,510 pounds. Please see the build sheet with the photos for specifics. It is in "as new" condition from Shelby without engine or transaxle. My life plans have changed since I ordered this car, so it's time to let it go.
