RARE ONE OWNER Studebaker Avanti Estate Barn Find with great color combo in Burgundywith Black Bucket Seats.

This car is in Fantastic Condition for its age. Just removed from a 40+ year collection. Car was owned by previous owner since new. Has always been stored indoors.Car is showing ONLY 45,369 Original miles.
Interior:1. Seats are in very good condition (see photos)2. Dash and all gauges look great.3. Has the pop out vanity in glove box.4. Carpet does have some separation and holes on both driver and passenger sides but all contained under the floor mats so it is good as is but could use a carpet kit in near future.Trunk LOOKS Great inside. Has an original (pie crust Style bias spare) in trunk (see photos)Basically interior on car is good condition. Very well preserved.
Exterior:-A solid Car with repainted FactoryBurgundyPaint which is in very good shape. Buyer should expect a minor blemish here and there just because of the age of car but overall very nice paint and needs nothing. We just had it polished. Shines deep and looks great.Chrome on Front and Rear Bumpers is in great shape. They look almost brand new.
Engine: Original V8 engine
This car starts up easily and runs very strong. Motor sounds great and has plenty of power. Transmission shifts smoothly into all gears. There is a bit of smoke on startup and some remains as running. Not sure if that is just from sitting. Car has not been driven at all in 25 years prior to us getting it.
Note: Since then have only driven this car about 20 miles since being removed from collection. So it really needs to be driven and enjoyed by someone who appreciates the Studebaker Avanti. She needs some love in her life.

Engine bay is VERY clean and well kept/ detailed. (see photos)
And although we serviced many general maintenance items on the car, t should REALLY be looked at by your local mechanic before taking on any real long trips. Check belts, oses, tc just to be safe.
Tires are bias ply original style tires. Tread is like new but they are old. Rubber still looks soft and not cracked. The car was stored indoors its whole life.

I have had NUMEROUS questions on the hog troughs. I have added a bunch of undercarriage photos hopefully providing a view of the underneath which is solid. The car was undercoated many years ago and that seems to have held off rust.Troughs look good.
