1974 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ40 305 v-8
(Rough condition but VERY re-storable)
The story:
Bought for family restoration project
I have lost my connections for working on all of my fj40s and am now just going to have to start selling them one by one. I don't have the money that it takes nor the time to put in to start looking for another "cruiser guy" in my area. My wife is disabled and we are thinking of moving to a better climate where we are not locked in the house for 7 months of winter.
Good:
1974 FJ40
V-8 305 Motor (Was running last year and sounded great!
Last on the road was last year for a few miles to have the new clutch checked out
Has Saginaw power steering
Has disc front axle
Rear "tub" has been re-manufactured
Not so bad
Needs ALL wiring
Needs some frame work near rear spring shackles and the back end near the bumper.
Does need to be finished as in:
Body work and wiring as well as frame and interior
I do have some of the parts for it (if needed)

I do know that when I took it down the road,it was all over the place as far as steering. But it is 40+ years old!
