Description of 1991 Toyota Celica GT-Four RC

Selling this beautiful, and very rare 1991 Toyota Celica GT-Four RC imported from Japan. Legally imported under the 25-year import exemption law, with supporting customs documents. Car is sold with a valid, clean Florida title. Vin,ST185-0018455.
Only 1800 of these models were sold in Japan. Only 5000 total were made in the world. This particular model is #66 out of 5000.

In order for Toyota to compete with the ST185 Celica in the World Rally Championship Group A series, Toyota was required to comply with FIA homoligation regulations.For Group A, the manufacturer was required to produce a limited number of road cars, that would have identicalcomponents used on the competition race car. The Celica GT-FOUR RC, or "rally competition" was Toyota's homoligation special.
The following items were specific to the GT-FOUR RCs:- water-to-airintercooler with dedicated water pump and radiator- hood vents to dissipate heat
- timing belt cooling duct
- alternator cooling duct
- light weightbumper with more openings for air flow
- bumper mounted water nozzles to clean, and cool radiators
- short-throw shifter
- shorter clutch pedal travel.
- front-mounted power steering cooler- front-mounted gearbox oil cooler
- triple cone synchromesh on 2nd and 3rd gear

All wheel drive, 4-cylinder turbo, and manual 5-speed transmission! The car drives very, very well. Super solid on the road, quiet and comfortable. Brake pedal is firm and responsive, wheel alignment is on point. The car tracks straight and beautiful.The clutch grabs nicely. No throwout bearing noise. Zero grinds in the transmission, zero pop outs.Everything functions as it should, a/c blows ice cold. Mileage is original, and has been verified by the Jevic service in Japan.
