Description of 1989 Toyota Land Cruiser

Selling my custom FJ62 Land Cruiser.
the interior has been redone with a custom wooden teak dash, wooden steering wheel and gauges.
all the seats have been replaced with leather, compared to the stock cloth seats.
soundsystem has been updated to include handsfree speaker, bluetooth, CD, USB and better speakers.
car has been converted to a V-8 chevy engine.
recent work includes:
-new rebuilt engine installed 1 year ago
-transmission fully rebuilt 1 year ago
-new master brake cylinder
-new brakes and tires
-new starter
-new catalytic convertor installed
-all electric wiring re-done and upgraded-alarm is installed with fob for keyless entry. among many other things (have records of work done)
windows are all tinted as dark as legally allowed in the state of hawaii.
a/c blows cold.
power windows, locks, side view mirrors all work...though rear side doors locks have started to get a little sticky and need to be manually lifted up to unlock.
car is in excellent condition and can be a daily driver, weekend beach car, or 4x4 offroad explorer.
paint is a custom color of army green on the body with a white roof. there are a few small paint nicks and scratches on the body of the car.
there is a little rust starting around the roof edges (no leaks) and at the base of the windshield.
also the windshield has a surface scratch on the lower passenger side that doesn't leak.
the gas tank gauge jumps around and isn't the most reliable.mileage on the odometer is stuck at just under 73,500. it hasn't worked for years.
