Description of 1987 Toyota Hilux Deluxe

No Reserve!! Owned by a service customer for many years and 1 owner family as it was originally the RV tow along vehicle spending most of its life in Florida so as it was rolling behind grandpa's Winnebago miles were adding on the odometer but in actuality the true miles are probably only 100,000. 2.4 liter 22RE engine, one of the most dependable ever built and easy to work on! It starts up with a few pumps of the gas pedal and once warmed up runs like a well oiled clock. If the truck goes unused for days I fornd the need to prine the carburator as it seems to lose its prime. The truck goes down the road well and smooth. I also find the truck hard to get into gear like the clutch has a worn spring on the disc but the cluth does not slip. The bumpers are brand new. The front brake pads and calipers are brand new. The frame is solid with surface rust in places. The sheet metal is decent with minor rust here and there but again, a real driver truck or you can restore it.Call 845-222-0507 with questionsor if you would like me to email you a video. Please call me if you win the auction and do a paypal deposit promptly.I own a auto transport company and can offer wholsale shipping options for aproximately $1.00 per mile! This truck is as is.It will make it long distance should you choose to drive it, even with the "sticky" clutch. It is a good solid reliable Toyota Pickup.
