Description of 1968 Triumph Other

This lovely one owner car is being offered for sale for the first time since 1968. The TR250 was basically a 1 year only car, actually in production for 15 months while Triumph waited for the Italian designed TR6 bodies to arrive. The TR250 is a nice combination of the classic TR4A body style but with the more modern 6 cylinder engine and drive train. This one has been re-painted and has a complete new leather interior and new soft top. It also has aremovable hard top.It is fitted with period alloy wheels shod with red stripe tires. The engine has been rebuilt and runs very strong. This car has always been garaged and is entirely rust-free throughout. It is a great driving, reliable, fully functioning car ready for Sunday drives or serious cruising. This car falls somewhere between fully restored and survivor condition, making for a very nice car that isn't as expensive as a fully restored example but is hard to tell from a full resto. The miles are actual. As a dealer we are required to add sales tax of 8.1% if the car sells to an Arizona resident. Out-of-state buyers are exempt if they send payment from out of state and have the car hauled by a common carrier. This car is also for sale locally and we reserve the right to end the auction early if it sells. The reserve is low but as a matter of company policy we will not reveal it during the auction. We have tried to correctly represent the condition of the car but we encourage interested buyers to inspect the car in person or have the appraiser of your choice examine it prior to bidding. Please call 520 882 7001 to arrange a test drive or email questions to rm8ty@yahoo.com.Thanks for looking.
