Triumphs TR-6 was produced from 1968 until 1976. It shared several traits with the TR-5 with exception of a re-designed front & rear.
The engine compartment is nicely detailed and correct down to the Twin Stromberg carburetors (recently rebuilt). The engine has received a recent extensive tune-up including replaced wires, plugs, distributor points/condensor, timing chain job, and gaskets throughout as needed. The engine runs out smooth and the 4-speed manual transmission shifts as it should.
Open the doors to 1972.
The interior is in nice shape. The seat upholstery shows well as does the signature wood grain dash applique. Factory Smiths gauges are intact. The leather shift boot has been replaced. Also the seat belts have been upgraded & the dash cap replaced.
The trunk interior has been redone. I want to mention again we have a true full tonneau cover for this Triumph included.
The undercarriage showcases this exceptionally solid Triumph well. The frame and flooring is solid front to back. The driver's side floor pan was professionally patched, otherwise original sheetmetal can been seen throughout. You'll also note the TR6 independent trailing arm rear suspension and front disc brake / rear drum combination.
This is a Triumph that can be driven and shown. Enjoy our remaining photos and again feel free to contact Dave at 214-213-7072 or Maris at 214-616-2317 with any questions.
