Description of 1975 Triumph TR-6 base

This Is a Classic 1975 Triumph TR-6. British straight 6 roadster. This car is a decent Driver that can be driven and enjoyed today.. runs and drives very nice. starts easy, runs smooth, shifts great and stops good. Good "red line" tires with lots of life left. This is not a show car! And you probably should not consider a car like this to be your only transportation! This car is a Classic toy to enjoy on nice days and evenings. This is a private sale, no sales tax.
The Good: Drives very strong and tight. FUN! Looks decent from 10-15 feet. Comfortable (for a british car). nice seats. not a project (unless you want it to be) Solid, not a rust bucket like alot of these cars. Safe (for a british roadster) Ready to enjoy, all lights and gauges work correctly. Aluminum radiator (runs cool)
The Bad: Poor Amateur repaint, lots of scratches and dings that have been poorly touched up with matching paint, lots of imperfections. The cockpit floor have some sheet metal patches, not too much. Wood Dash has some sun damage and No top on the car now. includes a HARDTOP and a folding top in poor condition... car is presently topless. Missing exterior mirrors. This car is a toy!!
The UGLY: nothings really ugly.
If you dont have any experience with an old british car... You should probably not bid on this car! This is an open top Roadster and it does not have an automatic gearbox! You need to know how to drive a clutch with this car.
