Description of 1976 Triumph TR-6

This 1976 TR-6 is almost completely original: Only the seat covers and carpet have been replaced; the paint is original, and so are the engine, transmission, overdrive, wheels, bumpers, etc. It has every option available that year, including both a soft top and hardtop, overdrive, and Redline tires. (Currently mounted are Michelin blackwalls, but it comes with a set of 5 perfect Michelin Redlines for show.)
It has always been garaged and cranks right up; the shifter and Overdrive work smoothly, and the engine is smooth and peppy. There is no exhaust smoke. It is tight and precise in its ride and maneuvers. I have the complete owner history of the car, along with the British Heritage Motors Heritage Trust to establish its credentials.
In 2013 it won Best of Show at the Vintage Triumph Register Regional scoring 382.5.out of 400 points.. The underside of the car is as nice as the exterior and interior. This car has always been pampered. These cars are appreciating rapidly, and in a few years their value will likely be much higher.
Attached are numerous photos; if you need a close-up of any part of the car, I will provide it. This is a no-excuses car. The only reason for selling my car is that I'm now retired, and I need to reduce my small inventory of cars. Plus, lying on the concrete under a car at Midnight isn't as much fun as it used to be!
