Description of 1959 Triumph TR3 Peerless GT

1959 Peerless GT. If you are not familiar with Peerless GT cars. You can google Peerless GT and find the history and racing details. This Peerless was a street legal, but was raced on Southern California tracks in the early 1960s. I bought the Peerless from the original owner and I have a clear Utah title in my name. I have numerous extra parts for the Peerless and will attempt to explain my Peerless in detail. It has the original TR3 Engine and Transmission. All Peerless GTs came with DeDion independent suspensions, and a Jaguar Rear End. Please look closely at all of the photos. My Peerless GT is close to being complete. The parts not shown in the photos include and extra radiator, rear leaf spring, DeDion Cross tube, and several small pieces that are included in the sale. All Peerless GT cars had fiberglass bodies, with tubular space frames. The windows are lever action. If you pull the lever up, the window goes down. If you push the lever down, the window will close. They also came with dual gas tanks that run parallel along the door sills. The taillights are Aston Martin DB4. Mechanically, they are easy to restore based on the TR3 engine, transmission and front suspension. My Peerless GT had been sitting for several years before I purchased it. I'm 77 years old, and I don't have the funds, time, or enthusiasm to restore it. If you have any questions about my Peerless GT, please give me a call. My name is Bob and my phone number is (801) 745-5835. Over the life of the Peerless Company 325 cars were built. If you google Hargety Values, you will find the approximate value of a restored Peerless GT. Last year one sold at Barrett Jackson. If you have less than five (5) positive feedbacks on Ebay, please call or message me before bidding.I will gladly assist the shipper you select in have the Peerless GT shipped anywhere in the world. The reserve on the car is less than its value and less than what I paid for it.
