Description of 1974 Triumph TR-6 Convertible

Up for auction is my brothers 1974 Triumph TR-6. I will make every effort to detail everything that I know about the car so all interested will be fully informed prior to bidding. This is you chance to get a straight forward Triumph TR-6 well below the current market value. Make no mistake she is selling this week to the highest / last bidder. Much has been done and many dollars just spent on the car so please take time to read the auction in its entirety. Almost impossible to find a running / driving TR-6 with a NO Reserve Auction. The car runs very well. Starts right up with no issues, ticking, rattles, smoke or noises at this time. Tight engine and I see no fluid leaks / drips under the car at this time and hold close to 60 lbs. oil pressure. The car was just serviced with the following work just completed: New spark plugs, New ignition wires, New air filters, New oil filter, Oil changed, New radiator cap, New coolant fluid, New front brake calipers, New front brake pads, New front brake lines, New rear brake drums, New rear brake pads, New wiper blades and some other misc. items. Exterior: Decent 45 year old car. Does needs paint or drive as is. New outer door window waist seals, new chrome bullet mirrors, new chrome retractable antenna, new wiper blades and new wheel center cap decals.
Electrical's: I'm still "tinkering" with this area but should have most everything squared away by the time car is picked up for transport to her new home. Gauges: All gauges are correct "Smith" brand
Interior: New carpet kit just installed last week, New Triumph logo rubber floor mats, new door seals, new "A" pillar seals, New shift boot, New stereo and New speakers. Soft Top: New complete and professionally installed quality Robbins soft top with zip out rear window. The top frame was reconditioned and all new seals, gaskets, new frame webbing kit, hardware, header seal, door caps and chrome body snaps where installed. Spent close to $1100 on this area alone. Shipping:If you need to have the car shipped to your location here in the states you can get a fast and free online quote from Able Auto Transport at:http://www.ableautotransport.com/ Overseas Bidders:Yes the auction is open to overseas bidders and if you need to ship overseas try Schumacher Cargo Logisticsshipping for fast free quotes ( http://www.schumachercargo.com/ ).
In Closing: The above description is my observations and opinions and they very from person to person so ask all questions prior to bidding. If I have missed anything in the cars description it was not my intention so please ask for as much detail as you need to make an informed decision on the car prior to bidding. Don't want the winning bidder saying afterwards well you missed this or that. Be a responsible bidder and ask all questions prior to bidding. If I missed anything it was not my intention. Not an expert and trying to describe my brothers TR6 the best I can. I'm not an expert and my opinion of the car may vary from yours so please look at the photos closely and if you need more information or any extra photos please ask prior to bidding. I know how hard it is to purchase a car online so please ask any and all questions you have prior to bidding or if you can come see as I want the winning bidder to be satisfied with the car when it arrives. She's driver quality car so you should expect a 45 year old car with many new items when she arrives at your home. Due to the cars age and having no way to warranty the car I'm selling her as in "as is" condition and mileage exempt. A $500 non-refundable deposit is due within 48 hours of auctions end. No exceptions on sending the required $500 deposit.
