1997 Mexican Mexi Beetle
Mexico manufactured original air-cooled beetles until the 2004 model year (US stopped manufacturing Beetles~1979).

Thisis a 1997 Mexican manufactured beetle installed on a 1968 pan so it could beregistered in the US. The beetle has been registeredin Florida, nd currently registered in Texas ... no problem transferring title.

Very Rare: 1997 Beetle...think about it...20-30 years newer than any US beetle you can find inthe US (metal, iring, nterior, ngine, aint, tc). Many older Beetlesare rust buckets or owners have painted over existing rust.
