1973 VW Thing 39k miles garage kept pumpkin no rust and no mods

Here is a very original 39k mile thing in pumpkin orange-20 years worth of service records-very recent full tune up including points and valve adjustment-just changed oil and cleaned strainer.
Paint is mostly original-it has been spot retouched from parking lot dings, tc...bumpers were refinished and exhaust replaced a few years ago-garage kept-no rust anywhere except surface at edge of top attachment to windshield. I have both sets of wheels-dune buggy wheels are old Keystones on adapters-just put brand new tires on and polished. OEM wheels have good tires and hub caps are very nice. I also have the original brochure and a reprint of the service manual. The sisal mats and duck board mats are from the thing shop-I have a video on my phone of it running and a start up I can text to you. Hagerty says these are increasing in value and good solid clean ones are very hard to find...this car starts right up and shifts as it should-all lights and controls work as designed.
