I am selling my one of a kind 1968 Maxi Taxi Kit car Replica. This is a fun and stunning little car. It is built on a Volkswagen. The powerful 1600cc engine is enough power to get this thing up to speed. The engine starts, dles, nd runs very smoothly. It is mated to a 4 speed manual transmission which shifts as smooth as any car I have ever owned. It is also one of the funnest cars I have ever driven, nd I have driven ALOT of cars. The paint is absolutely beautiful. It cost a little over $4,0000. The metallic flakes in the paint make the car look like a $50,000 car. The pictures do not do the justice. The engine was rebuilt about 2000 miles ago. All the lights, auges, indshield wipers, linkers, adio, ork perfectly. The interior is in mint condition just like the outside. All the leather seats are in beautiful condition. The whole top is removable as well as all the side windows. I have won a few car shows with this car. It has also been in the 4th of July parade as well. Other than that, he car was rarely driven so it really is just a garage queen. I guarantee that whoever owns this car will not be dissapointed. I have had so much fun with this car but i have too many toys and unfortunately this one has to go.
