The car has had one high quality repaint in its life and has been meticulously maintained and driven by its previous owner for years before he recently passed away. Upon arrival to CPR, he car was fully serviced and had a new $2800 german canvas top installed. The interior is beautiful original condition, ith the seats holding form and all door panels and carpets in very nice condition. Mechanically the car is very sound. The engine runs fantastic and the gearbox shifts smooth without effort. 1979 was the last year for the US production beetle, nd here is a very nice original example that is ready to drive anywhere.
