For sale: 1970 Volkswagen bay window westy with high top.
Mechanically
- Runs like a champ on its rebuilt engine.- 2 year old transmission.- New brakes- Wiring updated
Interior- Sink and stove removed by previous owner to put in bench seating. Underbelly propane still there. I still have the holiday camp stove with flexible hose for hookup- GCI outlet and breaker for external electric hookup (could be wired to a battery or solar panel)- Fold out bed with new high quality foam (sleeps 2)- Back seats reupholstered with original plaid fabric
Exterior- Original chrome bumpers, ub caps, nd VW emblem- Original paint (some chipped spots with rust none bigger than a quarter)- minor leaks through 2 window weather seals- Sliding door mechanism damaged but still opens and shuts properyALL MAJOR RUST SHOWN IN PICTURES.
