Description of 1964 Volkswagen Beetle - Classic

1964 VW Beetle - "Herbie the Lovebug" Replica.
We purchased this car in 2009 had it shipped to our house in Nebraska. This car spent 95% of it's life in California before coming to us. It spend the winters in our garage and has NO Rust, s you can see in the photos. The floors are solid and are original, s I see no welding of them being replaced.
3 months after getting the car, had to rebuild the motor. Everything was replaced internally. It is very strong and runs like a champ.
We are moving and our new home will notaccommodatethe many toys we haveacquired, o some must go. Please let me know any and all questions you may have about this car before bidding.

"This is a 1964 VW Beetle, erbie the Love Bug "53" Replica. This is a rust free car that has spent most of it's life in CA and was restored approx 6 years ago. The car had been professionally transformed into the famous Herbie 53. All Herbie stripes/numbers are decals and could be removed if wanted. All are the the proper size and have been placed in the exact locations of the original movie car. The car draws tons of attention from everyone, oung and old. The car has been rented out several times foradvertising.
The carfeaturesthe original single port engine, speed transmission, MPI 5 spoke aluminum wheels, 1/2" front drop spindles, ewer TMI interior, eat belts (4), ew carpet, m/fm cd, lifford alarm, pare tire,originaljack and front carpet kit. The car is driven nearly every day and drives like new. The paint and interior look great, ut does have minor blemishes/dings. All ACC, ncluding Lights,Directionals, eater, uelGauge, orn and Parking Brake work like they should.
The only mechanical issuewiththis car is, very now and then it pops out of 4th gear. It has never been an issue with me as you just put it back in gear and go."
