This car is a rust free example originally from Idaho. It has had a body off complete nut and bolt restoration where literally everything has been addressed. The engine is a rebuilt 1835cc dual port with dual Solex carburetors and quiet extractor exhaust. The brakes are 4 wheel disc with a dual circuit master cylinder. The swing axle transmission was rebuilt with new synchros, bearings and seals. The suspension is fully adjustable with lowered Ghia front spindles. Wheels are polished authentic Porsche Fuchs 15"x 6" including the spare. It has a 4 speaker in dash AM/FM CD player. Gauges are VDO tach, speedo, fuel level and oil temperature mounted in a custom dash. Steering wheel is a 15" Nardi classic. Seats are aftermarket in black vinyl with front headrests. Paint color in VW Viper green metallic. Car runs and drives quite well with no issues. It has won an award in Bugorama 57 "Best air cooled" in 2006 Sacremento and has had very little use since, stored in a climate controlled garage. This car is ready for Summer.
