LOOK AT THE PICTURES AND READ THE AD PLEASE. If you ever wanted to restore one this would be it. Everything works as it should except the A/C and radio. The A/C needs a compressor. The rest of it is all there! I have the door panels there off to show the condition of the doors. Every light, the horn, flashers etc all work. I also havethe doortrim. 1971 original bug. The mileage will go up because I do drive it occasionally. Runs well but the carb will need to be cleaned out. Starts right up, runs great but I'm selling it as a tow home project. No smoke. No noises. No leaks. It sounds and rides like a 1971 VW. I had it out yesterday and was cruising at 65 no problem but again it needs the carb adjusted and cleaned. It will need the brakes adjusted. They pull to the right. It needs a new key and the hood latch sticks sometimes so the hood does not always open. All the normal stuff for a 45 year old car. The regulator, battery, generator, tune up, and oil changewhere all done in the past year. Thestrut towers are all good. The floors are 90% good. Just a couple of spots that you can see in the pictures. Pillars are all good. Its a solid car but not perfect. I have never driven it farther than 10 miles one way. I would tow it home to be safe until you go over it but that is up to you. You are more than welcome to go for a ride when you pick it up. Email any questions.
