Description of 1990 Volkswagen Bus/Vanagon Westfalia Camper

Hello everybody I have an awesome deal with a really nice Westfalia. This 1990 Westie has a clean interior as seen in the pictures. It has all the curtains, back and front screens Mechanically this van has a $6,000.00 professionally installed Bostig conversion with a 16v ford z-tec motor. See details at the Bostig link. If you know these campers or are new to Westies, you know what an improvement this new engine is. We just finished a 4,000 mile trip around the US without any problems whatsoever. We changed the oil during the trip while in San Francisco. I change the oil every 3,000 miles. Never had a problem with this engine ever. The refrigerator works on electric, but not on gas. The sink and stove work fine. The top works well and the mattress is in good shape on the upper bunk. Liner is original and a bit worn with a small repair in the back The body needs bodywork and new paint. The rust spots do not go through the metal body though. I just broke the windshield. (Welcome to Colorado) I will try to fix it prior to the sale. Call and I can give more details. 970 406-1364
Thanks for Looking and Bidding. Don't let this one get away.
Nov 2. Additional info: I've had many questions about the "Bug Bus":
1. Air conditioning works well.
2. I would not hesitate to drive this cross country again. Drives well.
3. There is a radio and CD player work well.
4. The previous owner did the Bostig conversion. We have all the
documentation. There is 93,000 miles on the new engine.
5. The body had previous bodywork and a less than stellar paint job. I
I don't know when that was done, but it needs bodywork and paint again.
6. Could use new tires.
Thank You for all of the interest in this Westie. All questions and messages welcome.
