Up for a 5 day no reserve auction sold to the highest bidder is this beautiful an historical 1966 Volkswagen vw e-z camper bus let me start off by sayin that she has lots of character an is the epitome of the word patina the way an old school split window California bus should be an gets many complements crowds everywhere she goes an being that its a factory e-z camper makes it more of a great conversation piece an its not just fun to look at but to drive as well weather ur takeing a short drive to the beach or a long distance run on the pacific coast makes it memorable every time you get in the driver seat of this camper so here is your rare chance to own a very original very straight California blue plate split window camper bus at no reserve now lets get down to the details on this beauty engine/transmission/clutch the 1641cc vw engine with dog house cooler runs exc having lots of get up an go power an was just recently fully serviced by well know la countys very own al's vw shop such as full tune up oil change both carbs rebuilt valve adjustment new hoses belts fuel lines fuel pump clean gas tank an much more also transmission an clutch are perfectly sound going into all gears with ease no grind or pop outs of any kind body/paint the body on this camper is straight nice lines all gaps meet orig sheet metal does have some minor rust issues around the body all shown in pics below an on the driver portion of the floor not very bad though but cabin floors an rest of body is very solid as for the passenger side of front floor as well again rust is considered minor very repairable far from major...... paint is old an shows it has tons of patina an gots a good old school look bus is a Volkswagen white original color is dove blue as u can see some of old dove blue paint an orig red primer as well again giving it a awesome patina look interior the interior in the bus is good for its age a nice original look an shows it an is all there with virtually nothing missing but would need to be redone most of wood panles have been replaced but some more work to be perfect an of course all appliances are stile in the camper such as the fridge that stile works all wood shelving an more miscellaneous everything works in bus except fuel an aftermarket temp gauge also there is a single on an off switch that turns all lighting on under fridge also comes with orig tool kit jack an spare also somewhere in its life the front cabin back wall was cut to make a full deluxe walk through as seen in pics below but rest of bus is stile all orig type an left alone all windows are good an free from cracks and mostly original also all brakes were redone lines tires exc.... again runs and drive great as it should also passenger chair was removed to show what was done but chair also need to be redone and also for the sink top it was converted to a table but have the orig sink table to go along with sale but sink itself is missing as seen in pics below also have weather stripping that goes in front windows was removed to show the minor rust just tryin to be honest with a very great an honest California bus here is your chance to own a very rare very collectable 1966 vw bus split window California camper at no reserve so please bid to own not just to win want a fare auction for bidders an myself if u have any questions feel free to call me at (626) 650-6086 dean Disclaimer And Terms Of Bidding Please Read The Following The winning bidder must contact me immedietly after auction ending, if the winning bidder does not contact me within 15 hours i will contact ebay and relist the vehicle We will allow worldwide shipping for this vehicle All transportation and shipping fees will be the new owners responsibility If you need help with shipping i know a few people and can get you a few quotes If you have less then 10 feedback or any negatives on your eBay account i ask that you call me before placing a bid I have a clean california title in hand for this vehicle I encourage you to view the vehicle in person or send an inspector, once the auction ends i will require a $500 non refundable deposit within 24 hours before any further inspections (this deposit will be non refundable for time lost and relisting fees) I prefer bank wire transfer for the payment of this vehicle, no checks or paypal If you are getting a loan please have all funds available before placing a bid Please be ready to purchase if you place a bid Full payment will be due within 3 days I have explained all of my knowledge of this vehicle and will assume no further responsibility for this vehicle once the deal is finalized This vehicle is being sold in AS IS condition This is a 50 year old car after all!
