Description of 1960 Volkswagen Beetle - Classic

This is a 1960 ragtop bug if you Google 1960 ragtop bug it is one of the most pictured bug on Google runs and drives great has a dual-port 1600 cc motor with around 1,500 miles new battery new alternator tires are in good shape seats have just been refinished has new door panels the headliner has been completely removed everything sanded smooth and painted on the inside has a flip out DVD CD player has two 10in Rockford Fosgate p3s with a 1500 watt Rockford Fosgate T-Series amp has under-dash red lights this car is a factory ragtop has semaphore blinkers they do not work blinkers are not hooked up in the car at all the motor is covered in Chrome and stainless this car runs great gets lots of looks it is very low the spotlight also does not work and is not hooked up I have a roof rack that comes with this car the interior is absolutely immaculate any other questions feel free to ask local pickup only or you take care of shipping we'll have to get very inventive to get this onto a trailer it is very low all gauges work speedometer tach oil temp oil pressure and voltage all of the factory idiot lights work as well the hood latch works the trunk latch Works has a standoff trunk lid for cooling never runs hot the body on the outside is very patina'd there is rust on the quarter panels and at the bottom of the doors it is not noticeable at the bottom of the doors but it is definitely noticeable on the rear quarters the car is Rusty but it is very solid I'd start the car about every 2 weeks the car currently has a lot of dust on the outside of it and on the motor just from sitting in my garage while I am working on other projects start up every time there's been a lot of rust repair done on the inside of this vehicle and on the floor also there is an area in the front where the spare tire should be that it is Rusted as well that you can see through to the ground this is not a structural part of the body the front beam has been narrowed and it is adjustable also in the picture of the stereo equipment you can see sound deadening material that sound deadening material goes throughout the entire back of the car behind the panels in the rear quarters the floor the firewall in the front and back and inside both doors behind the door panels the last picture is an old picture of the car I only uploaded that picture so you could see the roof rack that is included with the car it also has a mini keg to put in the roof rack included as well
