Description of 1984 Volkswagen Rabbit

I am selling this collector's item because I am ready for a change. I bought the car in 2007 and did a first level restoration and engine swap, including a paint job. I did most of the work myself, under the supervision of a great mechanic and friend of mine. When he passed away last year from cancer, I stopped driving it. I haven't been working on it because I haven't had a garage for a couple of years, which has not treated the car kindly. The car was in storage over this winter in a friend's hangar. It runs, and drives fine, and has always been reliable, but the leaking injector pump has to be handled, and it has a to-do list of other fairly minor items. I now would like it to go to a good home to someone who wants an economical car that is easy to wrench on and who loves keeping the vintage VWs on the road!
The odometer says 263,566, but this engine has 133,566.
4-speed
Issues:
-injector pump is starting to leak at the throttle shaft, I had it resealed with viton (for biodiesel) in 2010
-oil pan has slight leak
-vacuum assist on the brakes is out
-very minor rust
-interior fabric becoming slightly brittle due to age and sun, small hole in driver's seat
-crack in A-pillar cover, which is common
-the blinker's are intermittent but I will include the replacement part
-no cracks in windshield, but chips have been repaired
-window washer pump doesn't work, and I just ordered a new one
-reverse light covers fell off and are covered in approved tape
-slight shimmy at speeds over 55, probably in need of alignment-some of the window gaskets are brittle and cracked.

* I would like to sell it as is, but would consider taking care of some of the maintenance items
Positives:
-great gas mileage, 40-50 mpg
-block heater
-new all weather tires < 1,000 miles ago
-sale comes with 2 maintenance books (Bentley and other Diesel VW Book), door cards for rear seat, a couple of tools, turn signal switch replacement part
-interior is in very good shape, no modifications
-I replaced the headliner and recovered the visors 7 years ago
-I have the maintenance records/logs
-clean title
-battery is 2 years old
-new headlights 2 years ago
-super straight forward to work on-comes with 5 gallon yellow diesel fuel can
