1979 VW Westfalia Camper Bus For Sale: A flash to the past and a joy to own! This 79 VW Westfalia Camper Bus has the original 2.0 liter type II fuel injected engine rebuilt less than 12K miles ago and she runs like a top! Original 4 speed manual transmission shifts great in all gears including reverse.All body panel are straight and rust free-solid frame! This dream machine made its way across the country from Ventura, CA to Roswell, GA in 1980. Then travelled south to Jacksonville, FL and then its finaldestination here insunny Wilmington, NC. Original odometer reading 91,322. Service and Maintenance:Recent service includes: new front caliper and new rear drum brakes 2/15/19, new spark plugs and wires 6/2/19, new battery 3/2/19, newignition switch 6/2/19, fresh oil/filter change 6/2/19, new windshield and gasket seal (all other glass original and in great condition w/ no defects) 6/1/19, new fuel pump, fuel filter and fuel lines 6/2/19.
