Description of 1987 Volkswagen Bus/Vanagon

Hello.
Selling my 87 Vanagon Syncro. All in great condition, roof top tent sleeps 2 adults very comfy, 5 min setup all unfolds into a structurally sound sleeping area/the tent is AMAZING the tent has a rear door which allows you to walk out onto the rack/deck to be used as a good look out point or easy access to items loaded on the rack. Inside the van sleeps 2 Adults also very comfortably. Also included is a custom rack perfect for loading kayaks or surfboards (I use it to transport my Longboard Surfboards whether its around town or on a long road trip/works great). The rack also includes a very innovative awning system which can be used on either side of the van (passenger or driver side) providing you with shade or shelter from the rain. This van is a show stopper on and off the road whether your road tripping to a far away destination or simply setup for camp. I can't count how many times I've had notes left on my windshield with people wanting to buy this van or have had people approach me to admire the rig. I run BF Goodrich Baja Off Road Tires & rims from GoWesty. I also had the rims powder coated to give it that rugged look. Installed in the rear passenger of the van is vinyl wood flooring (making it cozy and easy to keep clean) Comes with Steel bumpers (rear and front), Light Bar attached to rack (BRIGHT), Off road rear reverse light from Hella, and a tow hitch incase you want to load a bike rack and take your bike with you. The passenger front seat and driver seat both swivel 360 which is great when you rotate them to face the rear bench seat and unfold the table. This makes a fun little hang out area when relaxing with a few friends or the family). The van has two marine grade batteries (one located under the drive seat and one located under the passenger seat. I also have an inverter mounted behind the driver seat to power up electronics.
I've always kept the van stored in doors, however I do have a 300 dollar van cover I will include with the sale (Never been used before). The van is Rust Free which is rare for the age of these vans all due to the care that's been provided. (Vans lived in California for its life but recently we moved to NJ/1 yr ago)
Van runs Great!! I've been obsessed with making sure the oil is changed on a frequent basis (I've actually had my VW mechanic turn me away a few times telling me I returned to soon for the oil change)
New mechanical additions- (I'm not a mechanic by any means so I apologize if I word these incorrectly)New CoilNew Fuel LinesNew ThermostatNew Relay Switch (Fans)New Main Coolant Tank & Reserve Tank & Pressure CapNew Fuel PumpCV Joints Rear ReplacedOil Change Recently
AC & Heat works great (AC needs a charge but compressor works great)
I'm very sad to see this go!!! Everyone keeps telling not to sell.
