Description of 1974 Volkswagen Thing |
| This VW was disassembled for body work needed on the rocker panels, see photos. The floor pans are fair and have small repairable holes. This Thing has regular Beetle type heater tubes off the exhaust manifolds. Everything is there and complete to restore. Any parts that are not seen in the photos are in boxes; side windows are faded and convertible top frame is solid. The canvas was removed because of deterioration.
