Up for grabs @ NO RESERVE is a clean, all original 1980 VW Vanagon Westfalia Poptop with the air cooled 4 Cyl Engine and Automatic Transmission. We purchased this van from a young lady that had recently moved back from California and was in need of some cash. She had the engine rebuilt in the San Diego area and 6 months later it was giving her issues again and she didn't have the money to repair it. We purchased this Van NOT RUNNING and have not diagnosed it or tried to repair it in any way. The engine turns over (slowly) but will not start. I have a video of the "start attempt". This van will NOT drive home, you'll need to bring a trailer or we can assist with shipping anywhere in the U.S. for about .75 cents a mile one way. As you can see in the pics, the interior is showing its age but appears to be all there and still very decent. The exterior is in good shape with only minor surface rust spots/imperfections... Nothing major. We were told that everything works properly (aside from the engine), but we have not verified this so you are buying the van exactly as you see it. If you're mechanically inclined on these VW Vans or know someone who is, this may be a great opportunity for you to own one at a great price.
