Has all new chrome, bumpers. Everything works as it should. Base coat clear coat paint. To me the paint needs to be wet sanded and buffed right. It also as a couple of blemishes in the paint. I know a lot about paint so I see everything. But overall very nice bug! (Sorry the pictures aren't better but its been raining here). *Also have a complete folder with every receipt totaling over $13,000 and the man did all the work himself.
