Description of 1979 Volkswagen Beetle - Classic

A Real Find! I purchased this Bug in California from the original owner, who had it sitting in her garage, only being driven a few times a year since she owns a New Beetle convertible.
This VW was sold at Volkswagen of Van Nuys and spent its most recent years in Palm Springs. I got it in December and had it all gone over with a local VW expert and it is running and driving great!
Only 101,000 original miles! VIN is 1592037341.
Over $3000 in recent work - receipts available. New battery, valve adjustment and new cover gaskets, fuel pump, tune up, oil change, clutch and brake adjustments and a new hood cable. This bug is ready to go and drives like a Bug should. Recent tires.
Body and pans are clean with no rust anywhere. This bug is complete and original. Even the clock works! The car sports original paint that shines and looks good, but is 40 years old. Last owner reported no accidents. Top is in excellent shape with no tears. Clean original interior. Owner's manual, top boot and jack are included.
